2 hr wait to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes and their restroom is disgusting. Also their waiting area is always crowded.

Just like the other girl on here with all the obgyn docs I’ve had in the past didn’t listen to me, but Dr Natalie Wilson is the BEST hands down and she’s very concerning, she writes notes down for me. The only issue is the wait time. But the staff are friendly so I don’t mind the little wait.

I have had quite a few Obgyn’s throughout my years for my yearly well woman but not one that I really cared enough to consistently keep around as a keepsake! But than I began seeing Dr. Natalie Wilson and I guess you can say I found the one! She cares… what more could you asks for! 🫶🏾

There is no communication, I wasn’t really listened to. I had blood work months ago that came back abnormal and I was never told what any of it meant. They literally make you feel so rushed, yet it takes you 2 and a half hours to get in and out. I 100% don’t recommend you coming here. Especially if you are pregnant. They don’t make you feel human. Nurse Adrianna is the only person making that place feel nice at all in the slightest. I will no longer be a patient here.

It’s sad to see low reviews as i had an incredible experience with this office. I had a c section with Dr. Wengroff & was mostly seen by PA Natalie Wilson through my pregnancy. Natalie was/is such a wonderful person, she cared for me honestly, answered all my questions, helped me with whatever i needed & never gave me any false information. Dr. Wengroff was so sweet and had wonderful bed side manner. The whole team in the hospital were incredible & comforted me and walked me through every detail of my c section because i got pretty scared at one point with it being my first baby. I went in to my pregnancy very “crunchy” per se and guns a blazin believing everybody in the office were gonna be pushy and against me wanting and not wanting certain things. That’s not at all what happened - every staff member is kind and loving and actually cares about you & even knows when you have your baby! I went back for my one week follow up and all the ladies asked where our baby was and how he was. I dont know about other people’s experiences but mine was wonderful and IF we have another kid this is where I’ll be.

Dr. Natalie Wilson is amazing. My last pregnancy was ups and downs amd she was there every step of the way. She never fell short on my behalf. The wait for your appointment is always super long but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was a little scared to come here from all the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. All through my pregnancy the staff here have been amazing. Ms. Natalie Wilson was the best. She would always take her time during each one of my visits to answer any questions me or my husband had. I had a scheduled C-Section a couple days ago and she even took time out of her day to come to the operating room and stand by me while I got my C-Section. You can definitely tell they really care about their patients here. Dr Wengroff did my procedure and he did absolutely amazing! I loved his personality and he’s just such an easy doctor to get along with.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve definitely been trying to ignore the bad reviews but I have to say- they are sadly true. I’m one of the former patients, from Ms. Sprott and what they said about her was true from my experience very nice, but short verbal communication and very quick. The office as a whole communication is nonexistent. They don’t have any other ways of communicating except for they’re number and actually going to the clinic, which is why it was disappointing when I couldn’t get my records sent over after moving from Beaumont to Houston. Even before that , I had no communication back from my appointments in July, when I had to do my glucose test- heck! Whenever I was supposed to do my glucose test, I had to reschedule because they didn’t inform me when I had to do the test . I wouldn’t recommend this office because of the lack of care for their patients. They can be nice , when at the office but they seem to not really care for you as much as a patient. Today I just decided that I’m done with trying and accept that I can’t receive any good service from them and I usually don’t even do reviews at all but this was disappointing.
